Refunds are allowed within 7-10 working days after payment if the investments have not been committed. This policy ensures fairness for investors while maintaining the integrity of our investment platform.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds require a written request before the funds can be allocated. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request through the proper channels within the specified timeframe and before any investment commitments are made on your behalf.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be processed if funds are allocated or if the request is made outside the 10-working-day window. Once investments have been committed or allocated to projects, the transaction becomes final and cannot be reversed.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 working days via the original payment method. Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate the return of funds through the same payment channel you used for the original transaction.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before the investment allocation is made. Once you submit a cancellation request, we will review your account status and process the cancellation if the funds have not yet been allocated to any investment opportunities.

6. Return of Funds

Full return of funds will be provided if the platform cancels projects. However, a small administrative charge may apply to cover processing costs. In cases where Jote initiates project cancellations, investors will receive their full investment amount minus any applicable administrative fees.

7. Amendments

This policy may change with prior notice. Jote reserves the right to update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and users will be notified of significant modifications. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
